Tapenade Ingredients
- 1 cup Kalamata Olives (Pitted)
- 2 tablespoons Capers
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 clove Crushed Garlic (Fresh)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (Fresh)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (Chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt (To taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper (Freshly cracked)
Instructions
- Combine ingredients. Place all the ingredients into a food processor bowl to prepare for blending.
- Pulse mixture. Pulse the ingredients until they form a chunky paste, ensuring flavors meld but texture remains slightly coarse.
- Scrape sides. Regularly scrape down the sides of the food processor to make sure all ingredients blend evenly.
- Adjust seasoning. Taste the tapenade and add more salt, pepper, or lemon juice if needed to suit your preference.
