White Chocolate Mousse:

  • 8 oz white chocolate (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream (divided)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt White Chocolate: In a heatproof bowl over simmering water, melt white chocolate with milk, stirring until smooth. Let cool.
  2. Whip Cream: Whip 1 cup of heavy cream to soft peaks. Add vanilla and salt to melted chocolate, fold in whipped cream.
  3. Whip Cream Again: Whip remaining ½ cup of cream to stiff peaks. Fold into mousse.
  4. Chill: Spoon mousse into glasses, refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
