- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves

Fruit and Liquid:
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup apple juice or coconut water
Additional Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Smoothie Mixture: In a blender, combine spinach, cucumber, carrot, banana, apple juice, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and honey if using. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Fill the Popsicle Molds: Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- Freeze: Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- Serve: To release the popsicles, run warm water briefly over the molds. Serve chilled.
Notes
