Instructions
- Prepare the Crust: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix flour, powdered sugar, and softened butter in a bowl to form a crumbly dough. Press into a greased 9×9-inch baking pan and bake for 15 minutes.
- Make the Filling: In a saucepan over low heat, melt sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips until smooth. Stir in vanilla extract and salt. Pour over the baked crust.
- Complete the Bars: Sprinkle chopped pecans on top, drizzle with caramel sauce, and bake for 15–18 minutes. Cool, then slice into bars and drizzle with more caramel.
