Description

Delicious Turkey & Stuffing Roll Ups featuring tender oven-roasted turkey breast wrapped around savory stuffing, baked and smothered in creamy turkey gravy. A perfect comforting meal for family dinners or holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale

Turkey Roll Ups

  • 8 slices good quality Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 1 package (5 ounces) dry Stuffing Mix (turkey or cornbread flavored) or homemade stuffing

Gravy

  • 2 packets (0.87 ounce each) Turkey Gravy mix
  • 1 can (10 ounces) Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions

  1. Prepare Stuffing and Gravy: Prepare the stuffing mix according to the package directions. In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the turkey gravy mix, water, and cream of chicken soup. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for a couple of minutes until the gravy thickens.
  2. Assemble Roll Ups: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spoon about 1/4 cup of the prepared stuffing onto each slice of turkey breast. Roll up each slice tightly and place seam side down in a greased 9×13-inch glass baking dish. Repeat for all turkey slices.
  3. Bake: Pour approximately 1 cup of the prepared turkey gravy evenly over the turkey roll ups. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  4. Serve: Remove from oven and serve hot with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, and the remaining gravy. Enjoy your comforting meal!

Notes

  • For extra moisture, baste the roll ups with gravy halfway through baking.
  • Use homemade stuffing if preferred for a fresher taste and texture.
  • Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and reheated thoroughly before serving.
  • To add more flavor, sprinkle some fresh herbs like thyme or sage on the stuffing before rolling.
