Cheese Dip:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Additional:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Toasted baguette slices or crackers for serving
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease an 8-inch baking dish.
- Prepare Dip: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, basil, garlic powder, and salt. Spread into the baking dish.
- Add Tomatoes: Top with cherry tomatoes. Bake for 18–20 minutes until bubbly.
- Finish and Serve: Drizzle with balsamic glaze, garnish with basil, and serve warm with bread or crackers.
