Instructions
- Cook the Chicken: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet, add ground chicken, cook until no longer pink.
- Add Ingredients: Stir in red bell pepper, water chestnuts, green onions, garlic, and ginger. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Season the Mixture: Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Simmer to blend flavors.
