Ribs:
- 2 racks baby back ribs (about 4 pounds total)
Seasoning:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Barbecue Sauce:
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 300°F.
- Prepare Ribs: Remove membrane from back of rib racks.
- Season Ribs: Combine brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne. Rub mixture over ribs.
- Bake Ribs: Wrap ribs in foil, bake for 2.5-3 hours until tender.
- Broil Ribs: Unwrap ribs, brush with barbecue sauce, broil for 3-5 minutes until caramelized.
- Rest and Serve: Let ribs rest before slicing and serving.
