Ribs:

  • 2 racks baby back ribs (about 4 pounds total)

Seasoning:

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Barbecue Sauce:

  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Prepare Ribs: Remove membrane from back of rib racks.
  3. Season Ribs: Combine brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne. Rub mixture over ribs.
