Description

These Superfood Protein Bars are a delicious and nutritious snack packed with oats, nut butter, protein powder, and superfoods like chia seeds and flaxseed. Easy to make and perfect for a quick energy boost!

  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2–4 tablespoons milk (as needed for consistency)

Mix-Ins:

  • 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (like almonds or walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries or goji berries

Instructions

  1. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together oats, protein powder, flaxseed, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
  2. Prepare Wet Mixture: Warm peanut butter and honey, then mix into dry ingredients. Add milk if needed for consistency.
  3. Add Mix-Ins: Stir in chocolate chips, nuts, and berries until well combined.
  4. Press into Pan: Press mixture into a lined 8×8-inch pan and chill until firm.
  5. Slice and Serve: Once firm, slice into bars and enjoy!
