- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
For the Filling:
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
- Prepare Base: In a medium bowl, mix strawberry cake mix, melted butter, and egg. Press two-thirds of the dough into the pan.
- Make Filling: In another bowl, combine condensed milk, lime zest, lime juice, vanilla, salt, and white chocolate. Pour over the base.
- Bake: Drop remaining dough over the top. Bake for 28–32 minutes until set but gooey.
- Cool and Serve: Cool completely before cutting into bars.
