Instructions

- Mix wet ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar. Add egg, lemon juice, and lemon zest, mix until combined.
- Add dry ingredients: Stir in flour and salt until just incorporated. Gently fold in diced strawberries.
- Bake: Spread batter in the pan and bake for 25–28 minutes until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Make glaze: Whisk powdered sugar with lemon juice and strawberries, then spread over cooled blondies.
