Description

These Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Cones are a delightful no-bake dessert featuring waffle or sugar cones dipped in melted white chocolate and coated with strawberry crunch topping. Filled with creamy no-bake cheesecake filling and fresh strawberries, then topped with strawberry glaze and extra crunch, these cones make a fun and easy treat perfect for summer gatherings or anytime you want a sweet, handheld dessert.

Ingredients

Scale

Cones & Coating

  • 6 Waffle or Sugar Cones
  • 5 oz White Chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup Strawberry Crunch Topping

Filling & Topping

  • 24 oz No Bake Cheesecake Filling (premade or homemade)
  • 6-8 Strawberries, diced
  • Strawberry Glaze or Sauce, as needed

Instructions

  1. Melt the White Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate following the package instructions until it becomes smooth, glossy, and pourable, perfect for dipping the cones.
  2. Coat the Cones: Dip the top part of each waffle or sugar cone into the melted white chocolate, then gently tap off any excess to avoid drips.
  3. Add Strawberry Crunch: Immediately roll the white chocolate-coated section of each cone into the strawberry crunch topping to ensure it sticks well to the chocolate.
  4. Set the Cones: Place the coated cones upright on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them rest for 5-10 minutes so the white chocolate hardens and secures the crunch topping.
  5. Prepare the Filling Bag: Transfer the no-bake cheesecake filling into a piping bag or a Ziploc bag with one corner cut off to make filling the cones easier and neater.
  6. Initial Filling: Pipe cheesecake filling halfway into each cone. Add a small spoonful of strawberry glaze and a few diced fresh strawberries on top of the filling to add flavor and texture contrast.
  7. Final Filling: Continue piping more cheesecake filling into the cones to fill them completely to the top. Then spoon additional strawberry glaze and scatter extra diced strawberries on top.
  8. Finish & Decorate: Sprinkle extra strawberry crunch topping over the filled cones, drizzle more melted white chocolate if desired, and add another light dusting of strawberry crunch for a festive look.
  9. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate the assembled cones for 10-20 minutes before serving to allow the cheesecake filling to set slightly and enhance the flavors and texture.

Notes

  • Use fresh, ripe strawberries for the best flavor and texture contrast.
  • If desired, you can make your own no-bake cheesecake filling using cream cheese, sugar, and whipped cream.
  • The cones are best consumed the same day to maintain crunchiness, but can be refrigerated up to 24 hours.
  • Be gentle when handling coated cones as the white chocolate can chip if bumped.
  • For added flair, drizzle additional melted white chocolate over finished cones before chilling.
