- Prepare the Batter: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Spread the Batter: Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan, then pour and spread the batter evenly in the pan to ensure uniform baking.
- Bake the Brownies: Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. Bake until the edges start to pull away from the pan but avoid overbaking to maintain a chewy texture.
- Prepare the Glaze: While brownies bake, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk (start with 1 tablespoon and add more if needed for consistency), and vanilla extract until smooth and pourable.
- Glaze the Brownies: Once brownies are fully cooled, drizzle the vanilla glaze evenly over the top. Let the glaze set before cutting the brownies into 12 squares for serving.
