For the Popsicles:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup water or orange juice
Instructions
- Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine strawberries, bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and water or orange juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into Molds: Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully set.
- Unmold and Serve: To unmold, run warm water briefly over the outside of the molds. Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt.
- You can add a handful of spinach for a green twist without changing the flavor much.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey depending on fruit ripeness.
