Description

These Strawberry Banana Popsicles are a refreshing and healthy treat perfect for a hot summer day. Made with fresh fruits, Greek yogurt, and a touch of honey, these popsicles are a guilt-free indulgence for both kids and adults.

For the Popsicles:

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup water or orange juice

Instructions

  1. Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine strawberries, bananas, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and water or orange juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into Molds: Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully set.
  3. Unmold and Serve: To unmold, run warm water briefly over the outside of the molds. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, substitute Greek yogurt with coconut yogurt.
  • You can add a handful of spinach for a green twist without changing the flavor much.
