  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust or 8 crushed graham crackers with 3 tablespoons melted butter (pressed into an 8×8-inch dish)
  • Optional: extra sliced fruit and whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding: In a medium bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  2. Make the cream: In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the prepared pudding until smooth and fluffy.
  3. Layer the dessert: If using a homemade crust, press the graham cracker and butter mixture firmly into the bottom of an 8×8-inch dish. Layer half of the pudding mixture over the crust. Add a layer of banana slices, followed by a layer of strawberry slices. Repeat the layers with the remaining pudding, bananas, and strawberries.
