  • 2 large spinach or flour tortillas

  • 1/4 cup cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper (thinly sliced)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
