Ingredients
Linguine or Spaghetti:
12 oz
Large Shrimp (peeled and deveined):
1 pound
Butter:
3 tablespoons
Olive Oil:
2 tablespoons
Garlic (minced):
4 cloves
Red Pepper Flakes:
1/4 teaspoon
Dry White Wine or Chicken Broth:
1/2 cup
Lemon Juice:
1 tablespoon
Fresh Parsley (chopped):
1/4 cup
Grated Parmesan Cheese:
1/2 cup
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese:
1 cup
Salt and Black Pepper:

Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cook pasta: Cook pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Sauté garlic: In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil. Sauté garlic and red pepper flakes.
- Cook shrimp: Add shrimp and cook until pink. Stir in wine or broth and lemon juice.
- Combine ingredients: Remove from heat and add pasta, parsley, and half the Parmesan. Transfer to baking dish.
- Add cheese: Sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan.
- Bake: Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
