- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- 1 small jalapeño (optional, finely chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Prepare the biscuit base: Flatten each biscuit on the sheet to form a 4-inch round.
