  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Additional Ingredients:

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Macaroni: Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large skillet, sauté onion in olive oil until softened. Add garlic and ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, seasonings, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Combine: Add cooked macaroni to the skillet, stir to coat. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, stir until melted. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
