Creamy Mushroom Soup:
- 1 pound cremini or white mushrooms (halved or left whole if small)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions
