- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Assembly:
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Additional raspberries and powdered sugar for garnish
Instructions
- Fresh Raspberry Mixture: Toss raspberries with granulated sugar and set aside.
- Raspberry Liqueur Mixture: Combine raspberry liqueur/juice with water.
- Mascarpone Cream: Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form. Mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
- Assembly: Dip ladyfingers in raspberry mixture. Layer ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and raspberries in a dish. Chill for at least 4 hours.
