Raspberry Almond Oatmeal:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk (or water)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds (toasted)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the oats, almond milk, cinnamon, and salt. Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are tender and creamy.
- Stir in the almond butter and maple syrup. Gently fold in the raspberries, allowing them to soften and release their juices.
- Remove from heat and spoon the oatmeal into bowls. Top with sliced almonds and additional raspberries if desired. Serve warm.

- For added protein, stir in a scoop of your favorite protein powder or a spoonful of Greek yogurt.
