			Meat Mixture
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Slider Assembly
- 12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls (connected as one piece if possible)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking the sliders.
- Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef along with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until the meat is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease from the skillet.
- Season Meat: Stir in the yellow mustard, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce into the cooked beef. Cook for an additional 1–2 minutes to blend flavors, then remove from heat.
- Prepare Buns: Without separating the slider buns, slice them horizontally into top and bottom halves. Place the bottom half into a greased or parchment-lined baking dish.
- Assemble Sliders: Evenly spread the cooked ground beef mixture over the bottom buns. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the beef, then scatter the diced pickles on top.
- Add Top Buns: Place the top half of the buns over the filling layer.
- Finish and Bake: Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds if using. Loosely cover the dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
- Uncover and Continue Baking: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese has melted completely.
- Serve: Let the sliders cool slightly, then slice through the connected buns to separate individual sliders, and serve warm.
Notes
- You can swap ground beef for ground turkey or plant-based meat alternatives for different dietary preferences.
- Customize the sliders by adding sautéed onions, crispy bacon bits, or your favorite burger toppings inside the filling layer.
- Serve these sliders with dipping sauces such as burger sauce, ranch dressing, or ketchup for extra flavor.
