- 1/2 green bell pepper, diced

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices provolone cheese, chopped
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg, beaten (for sealing)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Sauté Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and bell pepper, and sauté until soft. Add garlic and cook briefly.
- Cook Meat: Stir in chopped steak or roast beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until heated through.
- Prepare Filling: Remove from heat, cool slightly, then stir in chopped provolone cheese until melted and combined.
- Assemble Egg Rolls: Place filling in egg roll wrappers, fold, and seal edges with beaten egg.
- Fry: Heat oil to 350°F, fry egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain and Serve: Drain on paper towels before serving.
