- 1/2 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup arugula (for topping)
- 1 tbsp honey or balsamic glaze (for drizzling)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare the flatbread: Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
