Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Prepare the batter: In a large bowl, mix mashed bananas, peanut butter, sugars, eggs, oil, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Layer the batter: Pour half of the batter into the pan, add half of the jelly, swirl gently. Repeat with remaining batter and jelly. Top with peanuts if desired.
- Bake: Bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
