- 4 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 5–6 lemons)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 cup ice
- Optional: peach slices, lemon slices, and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Blend the Ingredients: In a blender, combine the sliced peaches, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the Mixture: Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove any pulp, pressing with a spoon to extract as much liquid as possible.
- Add Water and Chill: Stir in the cold water and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Add ice and chill until ready to serve.
- Serve: Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh peach slices, lemon rounds, and mint leaves if desired.
