  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for pan-frying)

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken breasts: Using a meat mallet, pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. Coat the chicken: In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Dip each chicken breast in beaten eggs, then coat in breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture.
  3. Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Cook chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover.
  4. Make the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, flour, chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
