Instructions
- Cook Peanut Butter Mixture: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and butter. Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and begins to bubble slightly, about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add Flavor: Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Add the quick oats and mix until fully combined.
- Shape and Chill: Let the mixture cool for about 5 minutes, then roll into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Gently press a chocolate kiss into the center of each ball. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until set.
