Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, mix shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, butter, and salt until a sticky dough forms.
- Chill Mixture: Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Form Balls: Use a cookie scoop to form 1-inch balls, roll them smooth, and place on a tray.
- Coat (Optional): Dip balls in melted chocolate, return to tray, and chill for 15–20 minutes until set.
- Serve: Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.

- You can roll the balls in extra shredded coconut, cocoa powder, or crushed graham crackers instead of dipping in chocolate.
