  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Additional for Creaminess:

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: 1/2 cup cream cheese

Instructions
