Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Potatoes: Toss halved baby potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 10 minutes.
- Prepare Broccoli: Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add to the baking sheet after 10 minutes.
