Main Lamb Sliders:

  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 8 slider buns
  • sliced red onion, cucumber, and arugula for topping

For the Dill Greek Yogurt Sauce:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Main Lamb Sliders: In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, garlic, rosemary, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into patties and cook in a skillet until done.
  2. Dill Greek Yogurt Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients, refrigerate. Toast buns, assemble sliders with sauce and toppings.
