Main Lamb Sliders:
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 slider buns
- sliced red onion, cucumber, and arugula for topping
For the Dill Greek Yogurt Sauce:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Main Lamb Sliders: In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, garlic, rosemary, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Form into patties and cook in a skillet until done.
- Dill Greek Yogurt Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients, refrigerate. Toast buns, assemble sliders with sauce and toppings.
