Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ease cleanup.
- Toss Sweet Potatoes: In a large bowl, combine the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, honey, ground cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure all pieces are evenly coated with the mixture.
