These Homemade Mini Pizza Bagel Bites are a fun and easy snack or appetizer that both kids and adults will love. With simple ingredients and quick preparation, they are perfect for any occasion.

Mini Pizza Bagel Bites:
- 6 mini bagels, split in half
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped pepperoni
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Optional Toppings:
- diced bell peppers
- olives
- mushrooms
- cooked sausage
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the Bagels: Place the split mini bagels cut-side up on the baking sheet. Spread about 2 teaspoons of pizza sauce over each bagel half.
- Add Toppings: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over each one, then top with pepperoni and any other desired toppings. Sprinkle with oregano and garlic powder.
- Bake: Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bagels are lightly golden. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- These bagel bites freeze well! Assemble and freeze before baking, then bake from frozen at 375°F for 15–18 minutes.
- Use whole wheat or gluten-free mini bagels as desired.
