  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Breading:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or panko)
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, buttermilk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
