- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- 2 green onions, sliced (optional)

Instructions
- Cook the Ground Beef: In a large skillet or wok, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Prepare the Stir Fry: Add sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to the beef. Sauté for 1 minute, then add broccoli and cook for a few minutes.
- Make the Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and black pepper. Pour the sauce into the skillet.
- Thicken and Garnish: Add the cornstarch slurry to the skillet and cook until the sauce thickens. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve: Serve hot over rice or noodles.
