Flank Steak:
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Additional Ingredients:
- 8 ounces burrata cheese (2 balls)
- 1/2 cup basil pesto (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- fresh basil leaves for garnish
- optional: balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Season the Steak: Pat the flank steak dry and rub with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Grill the Steak: Grill the steak for 4–5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Rest for 10 minutes.
- Assemble: Arrange burrata on a platter. Slice the steak thinly, layer over burrata, spoon pesto, add cherry tomatoes and basil. Drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Serve: Serve immediately.
