Cauliflower Bites:
- 1 medium head cauliflower (cut into bite-sized florets)

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- Prepare the Batter: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add water and olive oil, then whisk until smooth to form a batter.
- Fry the Cauliflower: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet to 350°F. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then fry in batches for 3–5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Drain and Serve: Use a slotted spoon to transfer the fried cauliflower to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the batter.
- These can also be air-fried at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Try serving with ranch, buffalo sauce, or a garlic aioli.
