- 1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions (sliced)
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Steak: Season steak pieces with salt and pepper. Cook in butter until seared and cooked to desired doneness. Set aside.
