  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta

Beef Mixture:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups frozen or canned corn (preferably fire-roasted)

Cheese Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Garnish:

  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. Cook beef with seasonings until browned.
  4. Add butter and garlic to the pan, then add corn.
  5. Stir in sour cream, cream cheese, and milk until melted.
  6. Add pasta and cheddar cheese, mix well.
