Garlic Butter:

- 4 slices of bread or sandwich rolls
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small pan, melt the butter over low heat and stir in the minced garlic. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant, then remove from heat.
- Toast Bread: Lightly brush one side of each bread slice with the garlic butter. Toast the bread in a skillet or on a grill pan, buttered side down, until golden and crisp.
