  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips (plus more for topping if desired)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. Blend Ingredients: In a food processor, blend black beans, eggs, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in mini chocolate chips.
  4. Fill the Tin: Spoon batter into the muffin tin, top with extra chocolate chips, and bake for 12–15 minutes.
