Instructions
- Cook the Meat: In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground pork or turkey and cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up with a spatula, about 5–7 minutes.
- Sauté Aromatics: Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and diced onion to the skillet. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and the onion has softened.
- Add Vegetables and Sauce: Stir in the coleslaw mix, soy sauce or tamari, rice vinegar, and sriracha if using. Cook for another 5–6 minutes, stirring frequently, until the cabbage is tender yet still crisp.
- Finish and Serve: Remove from heat and stir in the sliced green onions. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired. Serve immediately, optionally over rice or cauliflower rice.
