Ingredients

Scale

For the taco cups:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 12 small flour tortillas (or street taco-size)
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the tortilla cups: Warm the tortillas slightly and press each one into the cups of a muffin tin. Bake until lightly crisped.
  3. Cook the beef: Brown the ground beef, add taco seasoning and water, simmer until thickened.
