These Easy Crunchy Taco Cups are a fun twist on traditional tacos, perfect for parties or a quick family dinner. Crispy baked tortilla cups filled with seasoned beef and topped with all your favorite taco toppings!

For the taco cups:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 12 small flour tortillas (or street taco-size)
- cooking spray
For topping:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the tortilla cups: Warm the tortillas slightly and press each one into the cups of a muffin tin. Bake until lightly crisped.
- Cook the beef: Brown the ground beef, add taco seasoning and water, simmer until thickened.
- Fill the cups: Spoon beef into tortilla cups, top with cheese, bake until melted.
- Finish and serve: Top with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and salsa before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or hot sauce.
- You can use ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
