  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 box cornbread mix (8.5 oz)
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream (optional)

For Garnish:

  • Chopped green onions or cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F: Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook the Beef Mixture: Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet. Add taco seasoning, tomatoes, corn, and beans. Simmer to combine flavors.
  3. Layer the Casserole: Spread the beef mixture in the baking dish, top with shredded cheese.
