Cinnamon Roll Bake:
- 2 cans (12.4 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
- 2 apples, peeled, cored, and diced (such as Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare the baking dish: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Prepare the cinnamon roll mixture: Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and place them in a large mixing bowl. Add the diced apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, melted butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Toss until well coated.
