For the Chocolate Pudding Layer:
- 1 (3.9 oz) box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (thawed)
For the Dirt and Grass Layers:
- 16 chocolate sandwich cookies (crushed)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- Green food coloring
For Decoration:
- 12 mini chocolate eggs or jelly beans
- 6 marshmallow bunnies or chicks
- 6 small clear cups or jars
Instructions
- Prepare the Chocolate Pudding Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk the chocolate pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined and creamy.
- Color the Coconut: In a small bowl, mix the shredded coconut with a few drops of green food coloring until it resembles grass.
- Assemble the Cups: Spoon about 2 tablespoons of crushed cookies into the bottom of each cup. Add a layer of chocolate pudding mixture, then another layer of crushed cookies. Repeat if desired, finishing with a cookie layer on top.
- Add Decorations: Sprinkle the green coconut ‘grass’ on each cup, then decorate with chocolate eggs and a marshmallow bunny or chick.
- Chill and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- To make these ahead of time, assemble the cups and add the decorations just before serving.
