Instructions
- Prepare the Truffle Mixture: Place the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl. In a small saucepan, combine the heavy cream, butter, and espresso powder. Heat over medium heat until just simmering, then remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt. Pour the hot cream mixture over the chopped chocolate.
