Pasta:
- 8 ounces fettuccine or linguine pasta
Shrimp:

Sauce:

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Additional:
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta: Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the shrimp: In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Make the sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Add chicken broth and simmer. Stir in cream and Parmesan until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine and serve: Return shrimp to the skillet, add pasta, and toss in the sauce. Heat through. Garnish with basil or parsley.
